30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Who Pays the Shipping Cost?
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee when returning items to us.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@kickmaniaz.com. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you return shipping labels. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@kickmaniaz.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and rectify it promptly. In the case of defective or broken products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Policy for Non-Defective Products
If the product is not broken and you simply wish to return it because you changed your mind, it must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to pay the return shipping fee.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
