1. Shipping Methods:
We offer a standard shipping method for all orders. This is our default shipping option, which provides reliable delivery of your shoes. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Handling Time: 1-3 business days.
Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before it is dispatched.
Shipping time: 7–10 business days.
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time frame. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or customs delays may occasionally impact the delivery time.

2. Shipping fee:
a. Free Shipping for orders above RM100
b. Flat rate of RM9.99 for orders below RM100
3. Shipping Carrier:
We work with reputable and well-established carriers to ensure reliable and efficient shipping for our customers. Typically, our partners include major shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, we may also collaborate with additional carriers to ensure timely deliveries. These additional partners may vary depending on the specific circumstances and availability.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order at our tracking page.
5. International Shipping
For international shipments, additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
6. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@kickmaniaz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order promptly.
